Yasamin was honoured with the President’s Scholarship from The University of Manchester in 2018, pursuing her PhD in Biochemistry, where she focused on the characterisation and development of methyl-transferase enzymes.

Following this, she commenced her career as a Research Associate at The University of Manchester in 2022, delving into Biomimetic Crystallisation for Protein Isolation and Stabilisation.

Currently, Yasamin holds the role of Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) Education and Manchester Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) Training Coordinator. In this capacity, she collaborates with both groups to drive BRC objectives and promote collaborative working.
