Core Team
To meet the vision and aims of Manchester BRC, we have designed a core infrastructure team comprising of specialists in operational and strategic delivery, leadership, theme and project management, innovation and industry partnerships, data and informatics, communications, inclusive research, PPIEP, training and development, funding management and administration.
Vision
Driving and enabling the NIHR Manchester BRC to deliver research and impact which changes and improves lives across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Cumbria.
Mission
We do this through our collective strengths and expertise, whilst promoting a Team Research* and collaborative culture.
In addition to the delivery of the BRC aims and objectives, our core team contributes to decision making as an integral part of the governance structure and inputs into all strategic and thematic areas of the BRC. Members also represent Manchester BRC regionally and nationally.
Working alongside academic and clinical colleagues, this combined expertise ensures Manchester BRC delivers its bold ambitions and ensures the identity and culture of the BRC is embedded within the Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Cumbria research and innovation landscape.
